How to Submit a Request

  • To start a return or exchange, go to My Account → My Orders, find the relevant order, and submit your request directly from there.
  • Pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours of submitting your request.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition. Items received in a different state will be sent back to you.
  • Delivery and return shipping fees are deducted from the refund and are non-refundable.

Processing Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 5–7 working days from pickup date (including quality check).
  • Other Governorates: 7–10 working days from pickup date.

Refund Options

  1. Cash on Delivery — Refund credited as store credit to the customer's PadelNeeds wallet, usable on any future order.
  2. Installment & Payment Gateways (Valu, Souhoola, etc.) — Processed within 48 business hours, reflected in account within 3–5 business days.
  3. Bank Card or Bank Transfer — Processed within 48 business hours, reflected within 3–14 working days depending on the bank.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for the same model in a different size only.
  • Submit the exchange request from My Account → My Orders and specify the desired size.
  • The exchange process begins once the original item is collected and passes quality inspection.

Important Notes

  • Defective or faulty products are eligible for a full refund.
  • Inspection upon delivery is not permitted due to shipping company guidelines.
  • Non-returnable & non-exchangeable unless defective: supplements, and personal-use items such as socks, grips, headbands, and water bottles.
